Our client is looking for an experienced
Talent Management Manager
to lead and drive talent strategies across the organisation. This is a key role for an experienced TM professional who understands the
manufacturing and engineering environment
and can translate business needs into impactful people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead talent management initiatives including
succession planning, talent reviews, career development and leadership development
.
Drive talent identification and development programmes for critical and high-potential talent.
Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders on workforce and talent strategies.
Develop and implement frameworks to strengthen employee capability, engagement and retention.
Analyse talent data and provide insights to support business and people decisions.
Lead and continuously improve talent management processes and programmes.
Requirements
10+ years of direct Talent Management experience
, preferably within
manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors
.
Strong hands-on experience in
succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development
.
Proven ability to work with senior management and business stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
