Responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions across social media platforms, including comments, direct messages, and online communities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, providing accurate product and service information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
• Identify potential customers and qualified leads, escalating opportunities to the relevant business teams.
• Monitor community feedback, discussions, and market sentiment to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support KOL and influencer campaigns by engaging with audiences and driving community participation.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement and community growth initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media operations, community management, customer support, KOL operations, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, or similar social channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse online communities.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, online trading, CFD, forex, cryptocurrency, or financial services is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
