About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QA Executive to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, identifying quality issues, and ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures, standards, and quality control processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
• Monitor production quality and identify defects, non-conformities, and potential quality risks.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, QC, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor supplier quality and support supplier evaluation when required.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and procedures on the production floor.
• Provide quality awareness and guidance to production staff.
• Prepare regular quality reports and highlight recurring quality issues to management.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, wastage, and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with NCR, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and basic problem-solving techniques.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work closely with production and shop-floor teams.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Experience in conducting internal audits.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality inspection equipment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
