Sepenuh Masa QAQC Engineer (Precast Concrete) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in G-Cast Concrete Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all finished products and related documentation meet customer and project requirements
• Investigate customer complaints and quality failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive process improvement and enhance product quality
• Conduct internal quality audits and perform failure analysis
• Identify process issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness
• Review, control, and maintain QAQC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to QAQC procedures, standards, and specifications
• Support training and development of QAQC personnel to improve competency
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with QAQC or construction experience will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of QAQC processes, audits, and construction quality standards
• Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving approaches
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
