Your Responsibilities

• Support project managers and senior team members in coordinating digital projects
• Work closely with clients, designers, and developers to understand business requirements
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and organising requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and internal brainstorming sessions
• Help manage project timelines, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist in preparing project documentation such as meeting notes, requirement documents, briefs, and test cases
• Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Support testing, UAT coordination, and issue tracking during project implementation
• Learn and contribute to product planning, feature discussions, and digital solution improvements
• Continuously learn about digital products, AI solutions, user experience, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Passionate about digital products, technology, AI, and problem-solving
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with different teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital products is a plus
• Internship or university project experience in digital products, software, or business analysis is an advantage
• Experience with tools such as Figma, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a bonus
