Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Restaurant
Position Title: Asst Restaurant Manager / Supervisor
Working Location: Islandwide (Central & Changi)
Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sun: 10am-10pm)
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of dining rooms, banquet spaces, or F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Staff Supervision & Training: Manage, train, and guide F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, hygiene rules, and operational procedures.
Financial Oversight: Assist with managing budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure the F&B operations are profitable.
Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee stock requisition, collection, and replenishment, and assist with ordering and purchasing F&B products.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service quality in dining areas.
Compliance: Ensure operations comply with established policies, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
