Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across SEA/APAC for the Data Centre industry, managing high-volume hiring projects and building strong partnerships with stakeholders to support strategic and operational business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations across multiple SEA/APAC countries to meet business hiring demands in the Data Centre industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs effectively
• Manage high-volume and bulk hiring projects within BPO or project-based environments, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines
• Independently drive end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision, ensuring quality candidate selection
• Apply strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Communicate clearly and organize recruitment activities to prioritize tasks and meet fast-paced operational requirements
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain performance under pressure in a dynamic work environment

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly establish strong relationships with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment independently, and support both strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the region.
