At JF Technology, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assembly Technician Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in precision mechanical assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting within the semiconductor industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians and machinists, develop your technical skills, and gain valuable exposure to the assembly and production of test contactors and test sockets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and testing of mechanical components and test contactors according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions under supervision.
• Support the assembly team in completing products according to the production schedule and quality requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to basic machining processes and assist machinists with machining activities and routine machine maintenance.
• Assist technicians in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical or assembly issues related to test sockets and contactors.
• Perform basic measurement and inspection of assembled products using appropriate measuring and inspection equipment.
• Learn to identify assembly defects and quality issues and report findings to the supervisor or technician.
• Maintain good 5S, housekeeping, safety, and workplace organization within the assigned production area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving activities, including reducing material waste and improving work efficiency.
• Follow all production procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards established by the Company.
• Perform other related technical and production tasks assigned by the supervisor for learning and operational exposure.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant courses.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Internship allowance provided: RM 850 per month

Location: Kota Damansara

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6PM

Pay: RM850.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
