Job Scope

Managing Social Media Marketing

• Create engaging and relevant content to be shared across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Manage paid social media campaigns
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms
• In charge of posting content, scheduling posts in advance using social media management tools, and ensuring consistency in frequency and timing to maintain an active online presence

Online Content Creation and Curation

• Develop content for various online platforms such as websites, social media channels, and newsletters
• Produce visually compelling content, including images, infographics, videos, and interactive elements.
• Stay updated on the industry developments as well as the brand's products and services to create accurate and informative content

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Content & Engagement
• Post engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
• Growth in followers/community size.
• Video views and completion rate.
• Organic reach vs paid reach.
• Advertising & ROI
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for paid campaigns.
• Cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Conversion rates from social campaigns.
• Click-through rate (CTR) on ads and organic posts.
• Business Impact
• Lead generation via social channels.
• Website traffic from social media.
• Sales attributed to social media campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, Canva and other content creation tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Experience with ROAS-driven campaigns and performance marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, visual, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.
