Job Responsible:

• Assist Project Executive to track project progress against established plans, monitoring key milestones, deliverables and budgetary constraints.
• Assist Project Executive to prepare regular status reports, highlighting achievements challenges and propose solutions
• Assist Project Executive to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness and overall outcome.
• To acknowledge the BMM Technical Assistance Request (BETA) from operations and assist Project Executive to redirect to the Customer’s Technical Services department or OEM for the disposition and solution.
• To ensure all the information is deemed to be necessary is provided by the originator prior info relay to Customer's Technical Service department or OEM
• Assist Project Executive in following up closely with Customer's Technical Services department or OEM on the reply and ensure the reply is received within the earliest timeline as stated
• Assist Project Executive to update operation on the disposition/solution when it is available and fall back to Customer's Technical Services department or OEM for a resolution if any discrepancy arises.
• To provide reference documentation for fabrication processes and approval for alternate tooling usage.
• To perform Airworthiness Directive review published by EASA and FAA authorities and highlight to the customer for any possible AD affected to aircraft / component during schedule maintenance check in BMM
• Such other duties assigned by HOD to support the overall success of the project.
