Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Support Officer, Gaji tinggi MYR 1 di Owen Mumford Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of the MDS warehouse

• Support transfer of products from main warehouse to MDS warehouse.
• Ensure products are place in the appropriate bins / warehouse locations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of product information and location.
• Ensure cleanliness of MDS by systematically & timely removal of packaging waste
• Support stock take & audit activities organized by MDS in charged associates.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all associates in the warehouse area.
• Report any unsafe act or situation to superior / respective area PIC or via the HSE QR Code immediately.

Pick & pack activities

• Pick & pack products in the Malaysia Direct Sales (MDS) warehouse to prepare for delivery to customers by following the packing list from MDS sales associates
• When product palletizing is required, to reach out to material handler in the main warehouse to support this function
• At all times, work together with MDS sales associates to ensure and maintain full traceability of all materials from the MDS warehouse to the customers.
• Ensure the delivery documents & waybill (if any) are pasted on the packed products for delivery.

Loading for delivery

• Place the packed products in the allocated section and work with MDS sales associate for transporter arrangement for collection.
• Coordinate with main warehouse material handler for palletize products to be forklifted into transporter (if required).
• Before products are loaded into the transporter vehicle, take a photo of each order's waybill and product label, digitalise it and to paste them into the final packing Activity Log form.

Qualifications:

• Minimum secondary school (SPM), must be able to read and write in English with good numerical knowledge.
• Experience in a GMP and / or manufacturing environment preferred.
