Job Descriptions:

1. Prototype Lifecycle Management & Operational Excellence

• Responsible for end-to-end prototype management and refined operations, establishing an efficient quality management and operational mechanism.
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and a high level of ownership to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of objectives.

2. Business System Management & Cross-functional IT Collaboration

• Serve as the Business IT System Administrator and key liaison with the IT operations and support team.
• Provide effective support for workflow configuration, system access/permission changes, and day-to-day system operations and maintenance.

3. Digital Dashboard Requirements Analysis & Platform Operations

• Coordinate the collection and analysis of requirements for country-level digital dashboards and independently develop high-quality IT dashboard solutions.
• Work closely with IT development teams to drive the efficient implementation of requirements, while managing the day-to-day operations and data maintenance of launched digital platforms.

4. Department Information Security Compliance & Culture Development

• Serve as the department’s Information Security Specialist, responsible for promoting information security awareness and conducting systematic training.
• Implement information security policies and management requirements to strengthen the department’s overall information security framework.

5. Flexible Support & Efficient Execution of Key Tasks

• Efficiently handle other critical ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor, as well as cross-functional collaboration and support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree; Majors in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field are preferred
• Experience in areas of data analysis preferred
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills with a strong focus on Operational & Client requirements.
