Kerja Separuh Masa Barista (SS6, Kelana Jaya), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Bryn Coffee (HQ) Selangor - Maukerja

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant customer experience. This role also supports daily outlet operations, maintains cleanliness, and ensures company standards are followed.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards at all times.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, handle cashier duties, process payments, and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, coffee machines, equipment, dining area, tables, and workstations while following hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
• Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation, stock receiving, inventory checking, expiry date monitoring, and ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations.
• Support opening and closing duties, daily preparation and ensure smooth outlet operations throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage making
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills
• Able to take customer orders and handle cashier duties
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area
• Assist with stock arrangement and daily outlet operations
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
