What you'll be doing

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Help with market research, campaign planning, and content creation for marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and solve problems
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree programme such as Business, Human Resources, or Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Preferably with some prior internship or work experience

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
