Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safework practices.
Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
Familiar with risk management and incident investigation techniques.
Good report writing and presentation skills.
