Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Recommend suitable eyewear products based on customers’ needs and preferences
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information
Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments
Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and housekeeping duties
Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory arrangement
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and the store environment is well maintained
Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
Perform other ad-hoc retail duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are welcome; retail experience will be an advantage
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player
Candidates with fashion retail, optical, or customer service experience will have an added advantage
