About the role

Above and Beyond is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in the Paya Lebar East Region, this role is crucial to our continued growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to support the strategic objectives of our organisation. You will play a vital role in building diverse, high-performing teams that drive innovation and excellence across all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions within the organisation
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates
• Create and post compelling job advertisements that attract high-quality applicants
• Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an internal recruitment function or fast-paced recruitment environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Diploma or degree qualification
