Job Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and providing accurate product information.
Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining attractive merchandise displays and supporting daily store operations.
Process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-presented.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in retail, customer service, fashion, sports, or optical retail is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Comfortable working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Willing to learn product knowledge and contribute to achieving store performance goals.
