Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and liaise with tax agents and authorities

Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling

Perform financial analysis, monitor performance, and provide variance explanations and insights

Manage cash flow, working capital, and support project financing requirements

Prepare and ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory reports

Support tax planning initiatives with external advisors

Assist in identifying financial risks and implementing control measures

Review and improve financial processes, policies, and procedures

Support month-end closing, management reporting, and financial reporting accuracy

Work closely with project, operations, and procurement teams on financial matters

Monitor project costing, profitability, progress billing, and collections

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in construction / interior fit-out / property development industry is an advantage

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting

Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/accounting systems

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines

Team player with good communication skills
