• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned territory sales targets across East Malaysia.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

• Support, coach and guide sales team members to improve productivity and performance.

• Monitor daily sales activities, customer coverage and follow-up to ensure effective execution.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and provide updates to management.

• Resolve customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely solutions.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.

• Assist in executing sales strategies, promotions and product launches within the region.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years and above of sales experience, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of the East Malaysia market, with an established customer network preferred.

• Willing to travel extensively within Sabah and Sarawak.

• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
