W are working with a global independent B2B marketing agency looking for a senior client marketing lead to join its Singapore team.

This isn’t a traditional media agency role, nor is it simply account management. They need someone who really understands B2B media, but who can operate much more broadly across a client's marketing agenda — connecting media with creative, content, demand generation and sales enablement.

The agency works across the full brand-to-demand journey, so they’re looking for someone comfortable moving between strategic client conversations and the practical realities of getting integrated work delivered.

What they need

• Strong B2B media experience is the non-negotiable. You need to understand how B2B audiences are identified, reached and converted across paid channels.
• Experience across media strategy, planning and activation, ideally including paid social, search, programmatic and broader integrated channels.
• Enough breadth to talk credibly about creative, content, ABM/ABX, demand generation and sales enablement — you don't need to be the specialist in everything, but you need to understand how it all connects.
• A strong client leader. Someone who can get senior marketers around a table, understand the actual commercial problem and marshal the right agency capabilities around it.
• Comfortable operating in an integrated environment rather than disappearing into a media silo.
• Ideally experience working with technology, enterprise or other complex B2B clients.
• Senior Manager through Director level. I'm more interested in the quality and breadth of experience than the title on your LinkedIn profile.

The person

Probably someone currently sitting in a B2B media agency, integrated B2B agency or the B2B practice of a larger network, who wants a broader remit.

You’ll still have media at your core, but you'll be given the opportunity to become much more of a senior client marketing partner rather than simply the person responsible for the media plan.

Singapore-based role.
