Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the picking up of beverage and food stock, checking that the stocks are issued correctly.
Extend his knowledge on beverages carried in the RC Hotels policy.
Co-operate with the Senior Bartenders, Bartenders and team Leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the area assigned.
Abide and follow instructions given by his Supervisors to achieve the set standards of the Outlet.
Prepare food and beverage and serve them according to standards. Perform side duties including the setting of the Outlet for meals as required.
Attend to customers in the Outlet and take customer orders as assigned by Team Leader, Outlet Manager and Assistant Manager.
Check and replenish of refreshment centre.
Perform cashiering function as assigned by the Outlet Manager and Assistant Manager.
Handle and use operational equipment correctly and able to work independently
Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
Desire and ability to train and develop staff.
Maintains awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation.
Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily.
Organises time and work efficiently.
Effective numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
Appreciates and maintains an effective outlet for stress.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role.
Has the aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Sofitel.
