Job Title: Document Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize and maintain company documents and records systematically.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated and easily accessible.
• Control document revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are being used.
• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with company procedures and requirements.
• Prepare, maintain and update documents required for ISO compliance and audits.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing documentation for internal and external ISO audits.
• Ensure relevant records, forms and supporting documents are complete and properly maintained for audit purposes.
• Ensure proper distribution, retrieval and control of controlled documents.
• Liaise with different departments to collect and update necessary documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Experience in document control, ISO documentation or audit preparation will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in documentation and compliance are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Good filing and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
