We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Solution Architecture (Servicenow) to join our team.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields.

Location: Singapore,

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ServiceNow solution architecture, design, implementation, and optimisation across the enterprise.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and define migration strategies from legacy platforms such as SharePoint and Nintex K2to ServiceNow.
  • Provide architecture guidance fo renterprise integration, workflow automation, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI capabilities.
  • Lead Agile delivery teams as Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing impediments, supporting backlog prioritisation, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Design and support ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and Workflow Data Fabric.
  • Evaluate integration opportunities with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Workday, SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, and Oracle.
  • Review and optimise ServiceNow access controls, licensing, upgrades, configurations, and vendor solutions.
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, quality, and ServiceNow best practices.

Must Have
  • 8–10 years of Solution Architecture experience with at least3 years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization, and integration experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM preferred.
  • Minimum3 years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, workflow automation, and legacy system migration.
  • Experience in vendor management and solution validation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have
  • ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification.
  • CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification.
  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
  • Cloud and modern integration technology experience.
  • Experience with AI/ML and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Government or highly regulated environment experience.
  • Experience with SAFe or LeSS.
