Your new role

• Drive Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities across targeted customer segments.
  
• Support Business Development Activities through customer acquisition efforts, lead tracking, opportunity management, and maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.
  
• Build Strategic Industry Relationships with industrial and commercial customers, data centres, consultants, EPC contractors, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
  
• Provide Market Intelligence & Commercial Support by monitoring renewable energy trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assisting with proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.
  
• Manage CRM Reporting & Performance Tracking through pipeline analysis, conversion monitoring, dashboard management, and preparation of regular business development reports for management.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Market Intelligence, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, or other commercially focused roles
  
• Hunter mentality with a strong passion for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and opening doors with prospective customers.
  
• Relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, building industry connections, and engaging with stakeholders across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  
• Commercially astute and market-focused, with the ability to understand business drivers, analyse market trends, and translate insights into revenue-generating opportunities.
