Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di MERDEKA CONSTRUCTION CO PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for quantity surveying and cost estimating

· Checking and analysing of tenders

· Preparing economic feasibility studies from information provided by Architects, Engineers or Planners

· Preparing progressive claims

· Ensure that project files, drawings, specification and bidding contracts are maintained

· Update and record variation or omission order issued of each project, record certified claims

· Verify sub-contractor’s claims for approval

· Prepare and purchase insurance for project such as Performance Bond

· Any other adhoc works.

Minimum Qualifications/Experiences:

· Construction / Building related Diploma/Degree

· Preferably with some relevant working experience in construction or aluminium related industry.

· Fresh graduates are welcome

Knowledge/skills Required:

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good knowledge in mathematical calculation

· Knowledge of building codes

· Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction

· Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications

· Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation

· Understand the relevant standard forms of Building

· Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
