What You'll Do
- Assist customers with enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Handle customer interactions via calls and face-to-face service.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Support escalated enquiries when required.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any studies.
- Prior Banking or Insurance Customer Service experience is an advantage.
