Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Sales Executive (Local - Export Position) di BP Plastics Holding Johor - Maukerja

Duty & Responsibilities:

Local Market Position:

The successful candidate will focus primarily on customers within Malaysia (Johor or KL/Selangor).

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing local customers.
• Identify and approach potential new customers within the Malaysian market.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Export Market Position:

The successful candidate will focus primarily on overseas customers and international market development.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing overseas customers.
• Identify potential customers, distributors and new business opportunities in international markets.
• Monitor international market trends and explore opportunities to expand into new markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams on export orders and customer requirements.
• Work Location: Office-based in Batu Pahat, Johor or Kuala Lumpur, overseas travel as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sales and marketing plans to introduce and promote the Company’s products and image to the appropriate target customers within the assigned market.
• Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Represent the Company professionally in dealing with customers and lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their business requirements.
• Review and realign sales strategies according to market conditions to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding accounts from customers.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of customer issues.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in packaging will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of export procedures or international trade will be an added advantage for export market position
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
