Kerja Sepenuh Masa Safety - Health Officer (1 year contract -renewable), Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di Sodexo Perak - Maukerja

• This is a site-based role located in Teluk Rubiah, Perak.
• Perform the duties of the SHO as required under the Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997.
• Support the promotion of safe behaviors and continuous improvement in HSE performance by consistent implementation of Sodexo HSE, Client HSE and legal procedures and controls.
• Support the Project with the implementation and monitoring of Sodexo HSE policies, procedures, and programs to improve HSE operating standards.
• Review the implementation and compliance of the site with HSE standards, policies and procedures, as well as relevant international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and local regulations such as OSHA 1994.
• Develop Project HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, Confined Space Rescue Plans, Ventilation plans, Safe Operating Procedures etc.
• Promote awareness in relation to health, safety, and environment aspects of the business
• Review and update HSE related procedures, work instructions and other documentation as required
• Conduct internal audit and inspection within working areas to ensure the activities and operations are in conformance with Company and Client HSE Policy and procedures.
• Organize scheduled workplace inspection to identify unsafe act/condition, implementation of PTW and Sub Permit system, follow up closure of corrective/ preventive actions from incident reports and workplace inspection.
• Plan and execute HSE training & HSE induction for staff, suppliers, visitors and contractors as required
• Ensure all incidents (injuries, property damage, near misses) are reported in Salus and properly investigated
• Collate and analyse HSE related data (including Safety Observation card submission) and submit a HSE Monthly Performance Report as required
• Undertake any other HSE related duties as delegated by the Client, Site Manager and Territory HSE Manager or any other representative assigned by the Management.
• Ensure that safe systems of work and measures are developed and implemented for all activities, through risk assessments and operating procedures.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are operated/driven in a safe manner
• Ensure confined space assessment is perperformed by designated person and cleared for entry.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
