We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant
to join our team.
Working Location:
Woodlands 11 area, Singapore
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting records
Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports
Assist with GST preparation and submission
Assist with year-end closing, audit and tax matters
Maintain proper filing and supporting documentation
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
2–3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
Good communication and organisational skills
Willing to work in the Woodlands 11 area
Prior exposure to the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
