Strategic Financial Leadership & Decision Support: Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and senior management team, providing forward-looking financial analysis and business insights to support corporate strategy formulation, resource allocation, and major business decisions. Lead processes for budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

Comprehensive Financial Management & Compliance: Oversee all financial functions—including financial reporting, controls, audit, tax, and compliance—ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information. Establish robust internal control and risk management systems.

Treasury & Capital Management: Supervise treasury, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital management; manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and investment activities to ensure capital security and liquidity.

Business Partnering & Operational Support: Act as a strategic partner to business units, actively participating in commercial decision-making; analyze cost drivers, profit margins, and efficiency improvement opportunities; and support supplier negotiations and cost optimization initiatives. Provide financial insights for pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and new business plans.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Drive improvements in financial processes, system optimizations, and automation projects to enhance overall departmental efficiency and financial capabilities.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
