Kerja Part Time Receptionist-Assisting Assistant Teacher di Heguru Center Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Work timings:
Saturday and/or Sunday half or full day during term time

Responsibilities

Receptionist

• Support teams with administrative duties.
• Attend to phone calls and arrange appointments.
• Attend to walk-in guest at front desk (teachers, parents, students, guests).
• Data entry, filing and photocopying.
• Collection of fees and other payments.
• Maintain adequate inventory of all office pantry products and supplies as required

Assisting Assistant Teacher (AAT)

• Support the Main and Assistant Teachers during preschool classes
• Monitor students from the back of the classroom
• Assist students facing difficulty with puzzles or activities
• Accompany students for washroom breaks when needed
• Record completion timings for each student's puzzle/activity on the spot
• Help ensure proper classroom behavior and a conducive learning environment

Requirements

• Possess positive work attitudes and strong initiative.
• Good command of English to liaise with parents.
• Enjoy working in a children environment.
• Able to work Sat and/or Sun
• Monitor students from the back of the classroom
• Assist students facing difficulty with puzzles or activities
• Accompany students for washroom breaks when needed
• Record completion timings for each student's puzzle/activity on the spot
• Help ensure proper classroom behavior and a conducive learning environment
