We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Admin to support daily front desk and administrative operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to calls, visitors, and general enquiries

Manage front desk operations and visitor access

Coordinate appointments, transport requests, and resident admissions/discharges

Handle email correspondence, filing, data entry, and document processing

Support ordering of office supplies and coordination with vendors

Maintain accurate records and administrative documents

Requirements

Pleasant personality with good communication skills

Comfortable handling administrative and customer service duties

Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Able to work rotating shifts on a 5-day work week
