Responsibilities
Formulate and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and business growth objectives for manpower and recruitment services.
Establish sales forecasts, revenue targets and performance benchmarks, and take corrective action to improve commercial results.
Lead and develop the sales team, setting strategic direction, performance standards and accountability for key targets.
Drive corporate client acquisition, key account development and expansion of strategic business relationships.
Analyse market conditions, client demand and competitor activities to identify commercial opportunities and business risks.
Lead negotiations with key clients and oversee complex commercial or escalated client matters.
Review sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven track record in developing sales strategies and delivering measurable revenue and business growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities, sales performance and business risks.
Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams and manage key corporate accounts.
Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
