Job Summary
Manage and lead a team overseeing excavation, piling, strutting, and reinforced concrete works. Provide technical solutions, coordinate inspections, and report progress to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team of RTOs to supervise excavation, piling, strutting, and reinforced concrete (RC) works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Provide technical guidance and develop solutions to resolve construction-related problems and site issues, minimizing delays and maintaining quality
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and secure approvals for completed works to meet regulatory and client requirements
Prepare and deliver regular site progress reports to the Project Manager, Consultant, and Client, ensuring transparent communication of project status
Attend site meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges, facilitating smooth project execution
