Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or related field will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BQ), measurement, and construction costing.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a project team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.

Job Description:

• Provide Costing Analysis for each Project.
• Obtaining cost price comparisons from craftsmen and suppliers (at least three prices)
• Manage current payment claims and review all bills from subcontractors and suppliers before sending them to General Manager for verification.
• Monitor quotations from craftsmen during construction so as not to exceed the contract budget.
• Make briefings related to BQ with the design and project 'team' before entering the site for each project.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
