Are you a creative designer who enjoys transforming ideas into immersive event experiences? We're looking for an experienced 3D Event Designer to develop innovative concepts and high-quality visualisations for exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, and experiential marketing projects.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong creative portfolio, excellent 3D visualisation skills, and a passion for designing impactful event environments from concept through execution.

• Monday – Friday
• Standard Office Hours (Additional hours may be required during project delivery and event setup.)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Event Designer, Exhibition Designer, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualisations, event concepts, exhibition booths, stage designs, or experiential environments.
• Proficient in industry-standard 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, event environments, fabrication requirements, and experiential marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Able to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into practical, buildable designs.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to travel locally or internationally when required.
• Flexible to support project deadlines, including occasional weekends or public holidays.

ResponsibilitiesCreative Concept Development

• Lead the development of creative concepts for events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential marketing projects.
• Translate client requirements into visually compelling and functional event designs.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and creative proposals that communicate design concepts effectively.

3D Design & Visualisation

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations for event spaces, exhibition booths, stage designs, and branded environments.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, measurements, and production specifications.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with clients, project teams, production departments, and vendors throughout the design and execution process.
• Participate in client presentations, project briefings, site visits, and design discussions.
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure designs are practical and achievable.

Project Delivery

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Ensure designs are completed within project timelines and production requirements.
• Support on-site implementation where required and provide creative solutions throughout project execution.
