A Service Crew member at a premium Nasi Lemak Kukus is the frontline face of the restaurant, ensuring customers receive fast, friendly service and perfectly portioned meals.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, explain menu options (such as explaining different sambal spice levels or meat choices), and accurately take orders using the POS system.
• Food Assembly & Portioning: Plate the Nasi Lemak Kukus or Nasi Kukus quickly and neatly, ensuring the correct amount of rice, signature sambals, condiments, and side dishes (like crispy Ayam Goreng Berempah) are served according to brand SOPs.
• Table Service & FOH Upkeep: Deliver food to tables efficiently, clear soiled dishes promptly, and wipe down tables and chairs to maintain a clean, inviting dining area.
• Cashiering & Billing: Handle cash and digital wallet transactions accurately, manage receipts, and ensure the daily cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.
• Side Work & Restocking: Replenish front-of-house supplies (cutlery, tissues, sauces, takeaway packaging) and help with basic food preparation if required during slow periods.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
