Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya for a Social Media Content Creator-Video. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Develop creative content ideas for social media, digital platforms and video productions.

Research current trends, news and topics relevant to the target audience.

Write scripts, captions and basic content outlines.

Act as host/presenter for videos, interviews, branded content and other productions.

Conduct interviews with guests, public figures or members of the public when required.

Deliver content confidently and naturally on camera.

Participate in indoor and outdoor shoots, including events and on-location assignments.

Work closely with editors, videographers and the content team throughout the production process.

Assist in planning content calendars and brainstorming new content formats.

Ensure content follows the company's brand identity, tone and editorial guidelines.

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response and trends.

Support branded/client content and special projects when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Communication skills, including confident on-camera presence and clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to engage audiences, respond to inquiries, and support campaign objectives.
• Training experience or the ability to explain concepts clearly, especially when presenting products, services, or educational content.
• Experience in social media content creation, hosting, or digital media production.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt quickly to evolving trends.
• Basic skills in video shooting, editing, and use of social media management tools are beneficial.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in media, communications, marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required for shoots or events
