Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Event Coordinator to manage roadshows, exhibitions, store setup activities, and marketing event coordination. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating event operations, supporting installation activities, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns and store concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and store concept setups.
• Draft basic floor plans and 3D sketches for booth layouts, display concepts, and event setups.
• Work closely with sales teams, installers, dealers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate installation schedules and monitor setup progress at event or store locations.
• Provide installation support and assist installer teams when manpower is unavailable.
• Arrange and supervise roadshow promoters during events and campaigns.
• Ensure all event materials, displays, and promotional setups are completed according to timeline and company standards.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for event preparation and execution.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional displays.
• Conduct site visits when required to monitor setup and event progress.
• Support marketing activities and branding initiatives assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, roadshows, exhibitions, or retail setup.
• Knowledge in floor plan drafting and basic 3D sketching/design.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work during weekends/public holidays for events when required.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, or related tools is an added advantage.
