Salary

RM2,600 – RM3,100 per month

Salary may vary depending on experience, number of outlets managed and sales responsibilities.

Job Desk

• Supervise and monitor the daily sales activities of assigned outlet(s).
• Lead, guide and monitor the performance of Sales Assistants/Promoters.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure staff provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock replenishment and stock transfer.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed and priced according to company standards.
• Monitor the implementation of promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
• Handle customer complaints and assist staff in resolving customer issues.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, product presentation and overall operating standards.
• Conduct regular checks on stock levels, product displays and sales floor conditions.
• Prepare and submit sales and outlet performance reports to Management.
• Ensure all sales staff comply with company SOPs, policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and Management to resolve outlet-related issues.
• Monitor attendance, work performance and staff discipline.
• Perform other duties related to sales and outlet operations as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
