Sales Advisor
To promote and sell motorcycles, financing packages, and related products while delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Advisor plays a key role in achieving branch sales targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Promote and sell motorcycles to customers through both in-store and online platforms, including live streaming sessions on social media or company-approved channels
• Conduct live product demonstrations, highlighting features, promotions, and benefits of motorcycles to engage viewers and convert leads into sales - TikTok Live Streaming
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Attend to walk-in customers and online leads professionally
• Provide accurate product information on motorcycles, promotions, and financing options
• Advise customers on suitable models based on needs and budget
• Handle test ride arrangements and follow up on customer enquiries
• Close sales and ensure timely submission of all required documents

Sales Administration

• Prepare sales documentation including booking forms and loan applications
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, admin, stock) for smooth delivery
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping

After-Sales & Relationship Management

• Follow up with customers after delivery for satisfaction and referrals
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist in resolving basic customer issues or escalate when necessary

Marketing & Events

• Participate in roadshows, promotions, and marketing events when required*
• Support social media or digital sales initiatives as assigned
• Assist in maintaining showroom display standards

Others

• Assist with daily operations, including moving motorcycles for showroom display and keeping the outlet clean and organized (Branch)*
• Perform ad hoc tasks as instructed by management*

General Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (related fields preferred)
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays*

Salary & Benefits

• Offer comes with Basic Salary Starting RM1,800 until RM2,100 + Allowances + COMMISSIONS*
• Commission - Based on KPI achievement* and Yearly Commissions (if hit KPI) can Earn EXTRA up to +RM 6000* (Year End) on top Basic Salary & Allowances
• Contributions to EPF, SOCSO & EIS Including SKBBK Lindung 24 jam, HRDF Fund

Note: Salary set here is an estimation of Basic Salary and may include with Allowances & Commissions*

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
