What You'll Be Doing:

Maintain and optimize facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, CDA, vacuum, chilled water, DI water, and process gas systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, and project execution.

Support facility improvement initiatives, energy-saving projects, and equipment upgrades.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, Chemical, or related Engineering disciplines.

Experience in facilities engineering, building services, or utility systems within the semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, wafer fabrication, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, chilled water, compressed dry air (CDA), DI water, vacuum, process gas, electrical distribution, or cleanroom operations.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
