About the role

TCK Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will oversee electrical installations and works on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications and technical drawings
  • Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and manage workflow to meet project deadlines
  • Manage site documentation, including daily reports, material requisitions, and progress records
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate activities and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain site housekeeping and ensure proper storage and handling of electrical equipment and materials
  • Report on project progress, delays, and safety concerns to senior management
  • Implement and monitor safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries on site

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, cabling, switchgear installations, and related infrastructure
  • Understanding of construction safety regulations, building codes, and relevant Malaysian electrical standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in ensuring quality outcomes
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different site locations as required
  • Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications are highly desirable
