Job Scope:

• Preparation & Reviews on Bills of Quantities
• Tender Estimation & Submission
• Cost engineering for future projects
• Preliminary design for Design and Build tenders
• Projects Cost Controls & Cost Reports
• Monitoring of Claims and Variation Orders
• Independent, resourceful, hardworking and able to work as a team
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Mechanical and Electrical contracting firms
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
