Duration : 3 Month Temp
Time : 3.30am - 1pm FIXED
5 days work week include weekends
Task:
Prepare, Cook, Storing (Fod & Fruits)
Weigh, Measure and Mix Ingredients accordings to the recipes
Serve food (for example, soup, desserts, sides, entrees) in proper portions onto dishes, plates,
mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served to waiters or patrons,
according to standards
Ensure food storage areas are clean
Ensure all food products are stored properly in their appropriate fridges and storage containers
throughout shift.
Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served to control food
waste and ensure that good food is not thrown away.
Requirement:
Possess Nitec in F&B or any related
Basic Cooking Skill
1 Year of experience
Singaporean
Able to commit fully 3 month
- Convertible if required based on performance
