The HR Executive, operating in a business partner role, provides a wide spectrum of HR services to the assigned centres/ departments. He/ she will partner with them to ensure out the smooth delivery of HR Services.
- This position is for an initial 6-month term and may be renewed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment process (sourcing, shortlist and interview candidates, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, and onboarding).
Administer Training (course registration, payment, subsidies submission etc). Maintain staff training records and monitor budget utilization.
Management of Interns and Locums (sourcing, onboarding, and payments), and monitor expenditure.
Perform various HR Administration processes such as contract renewals, conversion to part-time, employee benefits, and off boarding.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
Be the main point of contact for the employees on HR related matters.
Assist in annual performance appraisal exercise.
Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years full spectrum of HR work experience
Strong knowledge of labour and related legislation, such as PDPA, PWM.
Possesses good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
Able to work independently, as well as being a team.
Meticulous, fast learner able to prioritise tasks, forward plan, meet deadlines and deliver results.
Added advantage:
Prior work experience in the social service sector is an added advantage.
