We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Sales and Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering world-class service while actively driving sales. You will listen to customer needs, resolve inquiries or technical issues, and recommend tailored products or services that add value. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, possesses strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Support:
• Greet customers warmly and handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer complaints or service issues with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Sales & Business Growth:
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell or upsell relevant products, services, or upgrades.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and guide customers through the buying process.
• Administrative & Operational Compliance:
• Process transactions, contracts, changes in accounts, and service applications accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
