Job Summary
You will perform maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems to ensure smooth facility operations and promptly respond to faults and client requests.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, chill water system and building systems (BMS) to ensure operational reliability
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems / control panels in facilities or buildings to resolve faults efficiently
Respond promptly to defect reports, customer complaints, and client requests to maintain service quality
Conduct regular inspections and preventive checks on M&E systems to identify and address potential issues
Record and report faults or issues discovered during routine maintenance to supervisors for timely resolution
Perform repairs and servicing tasks to maintain building facilities and systems in good working condition
Perform building minor works including wall crack repair and painting.
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support maintenance operations
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or engineering company.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in M&E, Building and ACMV systems.
Certified and trained in CPR & AED.
Singapore driving license.
