AI & Technology Project Executive x1

Salary: $3,000/month
Contract: 1 year
Start Date: October/November 2026
End Date: October/November 2027

Job Responsibilities

• Review AI tools and identify opportunities for technology adoption.
• Engage stakeholders to identify use cases and support AI implementation.
• Coordinate AI training, upskilling activities and awareness communications.
• Support the administration, budgeting and usage monitoring of AI platforms and licences.
• Maintain AI resources, respond to queries and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Coordinate technology visits, showcases and partner engagements.
• Support proof-of-concept trials, track progress and assess suitability for wider adoption.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant civil service experience is an advantage.
• Strong written communication skills, including professional email writing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project coordination or management capabilities, with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Working Hours

• 42 working hours per week.
